Shapes brings all together a special multidisciplinary professional team whose combined experience spans over 10 years across architecture, engineering, and construction. With expert members from diverse academic and professional backgrounds including graduates from Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Turkey, and Lebanon. We transform ideas into environments that enhance lives and leave a lasting impact.

Every project begins with curiosity and precision, turning concepts into spaces that respond to the context, purpose, and human experience. Our Team in Shapes Company

Chief Executive Officer(CEO)

Oversees operations and reviews project updates in weekly management meetings. Visits active sites at major milestones to stay aligned with project conditions

Architectural Engineers

Visit sites 1–3 times per week to confirm that architectural details match the drawings. Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to resolve design or alignment issues during construction

Civil Engineers

Are on-site multiple times per week during structural phases to review reinforcement, formwork, and concrete work. Provide updates to supervisors and project managers when adjustments are needed

Electrical Engineers

Conduct site checks 2–3 times per week during installation to verify routing, equipment placement, and system integration with mechanical and architectural requirements

Mechanical Engineers

Check HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment installation 2–3 times per week. Coordinate with electrical teams and foremen to manage sequencing and prevent conflicts

General Foremen

Are on-site daily, overseeing crews, organizing tasks, and reporting technical matters to supervisors and engineers

Interior Designers

Visit the site weekly, increasing to several times per week during finishing. Confirm materials, spatial layouts, and lighting positions and coordinate necessary adjustments with engineers

Project Managers

Visit site several times/week to monitor progress, compare it to the schedule, and resolve operational issues. Lead regular coordination meetings with design & site teams

Construction Workers

Are on-site daily, carrying out tasks under the direction of foremen and supervisors.
